Our headwear production runs the full process in-house: fabric inspection, cutting, panel sewing, brim and eyelet forming, and finishing. Decoration — 3D puff and flat embroidery, woven/leather/PVC/chenille patch application, dye-sublimation and screen print — is all done on site, with no subcontracting.
Every order passes four-stage quality control: incoming fabric, in-line stitching, pre-finish, and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 credentials through our parent, Mughal Apparel.
