What artwork do you need for custom caps?
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal, but a clear high-resolution PNG or JPG works. We digitise it into a stitch or print file and send a mock-up before sampling.
The best artwork is vector (Adobe Illustrator AI, EPS or PDF) because it scales cleanly, but a clear high-resolution PNG or JPG can be digitised. For embroidery we convert art into a stitch file; for sublimation and print we colour-match to Pantone. You approve a digitised mock-up before we make a sample — no charge to review.
